The toolbar is a rounded strip that floats at the top center of the session screen. It collects session-level actions that apply to the table as a whole rather than to individual pieces.

The toolbar only appears once the session is joined and you are allowed to manipulate the table. Some buttons are conditional on your permissions or on the state of the session, so the toolbar may show fewer buttons than pictured above.
Buttons
Add
The plus button opens the Entity Browser centered on your current view so you can add a new piece, space, or annotation to the table. The button is also bound to the keyboard shortcut A. Requires Table Content Management access.
Share
The share button copies the play session URL to your clipboard and shows a confirmation toast. Anyone you paste the link to can follow it to join the same session.
Resources
The book button opens the Resources panel, which shows the rulebooks, links, and other resources attached to the underlying game. This button is only shown when the game has at least one resource.
Trash
The trash button opens the Trash modal, which lists every piece, space, or annotation that has been removed from the table. From there you can restore items or empty the trash. A count badge on the button shows how many items are currently in the trash. Requires Table Content Management access.
Save Table Configuration
The save button captures the current state of the table as a reusable table configuration under the game. It prompts you for a name, with a default that auto-increments against any existing configurations. While a save is in progress the icon becomes a spinner and the button is disabled. This button is only shown when you have edit access to the underlying game.
Sequences
The list button opens the Sequences panel, where you create and manage automated sequences of gameplay actions. If any sequences have configuration errors (such as references to deleted pieces), a count badge on the button shows how many sequences need attention.
Notes
The pencil-and-paper button opens the Session Notebook, a shared notepad where all seated players can capture observations during play. The button highlights when the notebook is open.
Performance Profiler
The gauge button is an admin-only control that opens a menu for starting and stopping a performance profiler and copying a report to the clipboard. While profiling is active the button pulses red. This button is only shown to users with admin access.
End Game
The sign-out button on the far right ends the entire play session for every participant. After a confirmation dialog the session is marked read-only and eventually deleted, and any playtest record attached to the session opens for review. The icon becomes a spinner while the end request is in flight. Only seated players with session moderation rights can trigger this; for everyone else the button is not shown.
