What is a session?
A session is any time you open a virtual table, whether you are playing with others or designing solo. Start a session, invite players, and play or design your game.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits never expire. Use them whenever you're ready to playtest.
What if my session is too short?
If you end a session within 5 minutes, your credit is automatically refunded. So is a session you started within the last 5 minutes when you delete its game.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee.
What does pausing do?
If you are just between projects, pause instead of cancelling. Pausing stops future renewals. The period you are in is already paid and is not refunded: your subscriber features stay on until it ends, then pause. A payment that was already due before you paused, such as a failed payment being retried, is still collected. Your subscription and every game and playtest record stay as they are, and resuming is one click. Resuming does not charge you straight away: your next charge is on your first renewal date on or after the day you resume.
What if I pay yearly and change my mind?

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the pricing page or your subscription settings. Switching credits you for the unused portion of what you already paid, so you never pay for the same days twice.
Do I need credits to play?
Only to start a session. Invited players join for free. You can start sessions with casual credits or a subscription.
