Annual plans are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that you can cancel any time, with no cancellation fee, and keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Your games and history are never deleted when a subscription ends.

What is a session?

A session is any time you open a virtual table, whether you are playing with others or designing solo. Start a session, invite players, and play or design your game.

What happens to unused credits?

Credits never expire. Use them whenever you're ready to playtest.

What if my session is too short?

If you end a session within 5 minutes, your credit is automatically refunded.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. If you are just between projects, pause instead -- billing stops, your subscription stays live, and every game and playtest record is untouched.

What if I pay yearly and change my mind?

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, from the pricing page or your subscription settings. Switching credits you for the unused portion of what you already paid, so you never pay for the same days twice.

Do I need credits to play?

Only to start a session. Invited players join for free. You can start sessions with casual credits or a subscription.
