Finding Your Discord User ID

Two ways to connect your Discord identity to Playtest Parlor so you can use voice channels during playtests.

Your Discord User ID lets Playtest Parlor connect your session seat to Discord voice channels. Pick whichever method is easiest for you.

1. Link Discord to Your Shufflewick Account

If you add Discord as a login method on your Shufflewick account, Playtest Parlor will automatically detect your Discord User ID next time you sign in. No copying or pasting required.

2. Copy from Discord (Developer Mode)

You can find your Discord User ID directly in the Discord app by enabling Developer Mode.

  1. Open Discord (desktop or mobile app).
  2. Go to User Settings (gear icon near your username).
  3. Navigate to Advanced (under "App Settings").
  4. Toggle Developer Mode on.
  5. Close settings, then click on your own username or avatar.
  6. Click Copy User ID. The ID is now in your clipboard.
  7. Paste it in the field below or on the Settings page.
