Inviting players

Share access with the right people and keep the entry path simple enough that joining does not become its own usability problem.

Invite only the players needed for the session

The best player group depends on the question you are trying to answer. Bring in the smallest group that can produce the feedback you need.

Keep the invitation path simple

When you share access, include enough context for players to know:

  • what they are joining
  • when the session starts
  • whether voice coordination will happen elsewhere, such as Discord

Reduce friction before the session

If players need extra instructions just to get into the room, fix that before the next test. Joining should feel routine, not like setup trivia.
